Ease in the Home…do not babysit.

We recruit and train home health Personal Assistants, Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants. The feeling of being treated like a child can make seniors refuse assistance that could extend their health and independence.

We selectively hire creative problem solvers and train them to give age-appropriate assistance to seniors by observing and supporting their personal and healthcare needs. In addition to our training, each assistant passes an extensive background check. We are proud to say that a substantial part of our expansion is through referrals from our current team.

This work can be taxing, so Ease in the Home staff have access to practical and emotional resources to support their wellbeing. We listen and empower our staff with tools to be successful on the job. People who are well cared for take better care of people.

Our comprehensive approach to your care:

• We listen to your wishes and identify the best Personal Assistants, Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants tailored to you by looking at interests, personality match and individual needs.
• Arrange in-home visits to set up individualized care plans and to introduce personal assistants and ensure they are a match!
• Provide ongoing support for you and your family through periodic visits and calls to take account of changes to the care plan.
